We collect as little information as practical. This website has no user accounts, payment processing, behavioral advertising, or data-broker activity.
This Privacy Policy explains what information eToTheX.ai (“eToTheX.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes through etothex.ai and related communications, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to the eToTheX.ai studio website and to messages you send to our studio email address. It does not govern an eToTheX.ai application, agent, beta, TestFlight build, Play testing release, or other product when that product presents a separate privacy notice. The product-specific notice controls for that product.
eToTheX.ai is the controller of personal information covered by this Policy. Questions and requests may be sent to hi@eToTheX.ai.
2. Information we process
Information you provide. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, which may include your name, email address, product name, device information, message, attachments, and other details needed to respond.
Technical information. When you visit the website, our hosting, network, and security providers may automatically process limited technical data needed to deliver and protect it. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, approximate region derived from an IP address, and security or diagnostic logs.
Information we do not intentionally collect through this website. The website does not request account credentials, payment-card details, government identifiers, precise location, health information, biometric information, or other sensitive personal information. Please do not send such information by email.
3. Cookies and tracking
We do not intentionally use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral tracking, data-broker pixels, or targeted-advertising technology on this website. A hosting or security provider may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to deliver the site, balance traffic, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
Because we do not sell personal information or use cross-context behavioral advertising, the website does not currently provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any controls required by law.
4. How and why we use information
We process information to:
- deliver, operate, maintain, and secure the website;
- respond to questions, product inquiries, support requests, and collaboration proposals;
- diagnose technical problems and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- understand basic website reliability and performance;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and communicating with you; steps requested by you before entering an agreement; performance of an agreement; compliance with law; and consent where we specifically request it. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
5. When we disclose information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information to:
- Service providers that support website hosting, network delivery, security, email, file storage, and business operations, solely to perform services for us;
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, insurers, or auditors, where reasonably necessary;
- Authorities or other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; and
- A successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the studio, subject to appropriate protections.
6. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to respond to correspondence, maintain security, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by context. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it where practical.
7. International processing
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection rules than your location. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your information.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No internet transmission, email system, or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal our response. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
To make a request, email hi@eToTheX.ai with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the information involved. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect against fraudulent requests. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification of authority.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Some rights are subject to exceptions, and we may retain information where required or permitted by law.
10. California privacy notice
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete covered personal information; to opt out of covered sale or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to receive equal service when exercising these rights.
In the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information we may have collected through this website are identifiers and internet or electronic-network activity, obtained directly from you or automatically from your interaction with the website. We use and disclose these categories for the business purposes described in Sections 4 and 5. We do not knowingly sell or share these categories for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of people under 16.
11. Children’s privacy
This studio website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information through this website from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate. Individual products may have different age requirements described in their own notices.
12. External links
The website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our website, practices, providers, or legal obligations. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required.
